Return Policy

Because all of our products are handmade from the highest quality materials, we are confident that they will endure your everyday usage and age with grace.  However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, the following return policy controls any discrepancies.

Returns will only be accepted on new products.  Great lengths are taken to ensure that all of our products meet our high standard of quality.  Therefore, if you receive a product that you wish to return, please contact us immediately with a brief explanation of your request.

All returns must be made within one (1) month of the day on which the customer receives the product.

Returned products are subject to examination prior to refund.  While leather does age quickly, any returned products exhibiting visible signs of use will be shipped back to the customer without a refund.

Any shipping costs incurred through the return process will not be refunded to the customer.

Should our product fail to endure whatever physical challenges you might throw its way, we will approach any such issues on a case by case basis.

We ask that you document any issues you find with pictures and contact us immediately detailing your claims.

From there, we will work with you to resolve your issues.

All requests for repair must be made within one (1) year of the day on which the customer receives the product.
